Bhagwati College of Education, Vaishali, with the aim of developing its aspirants in the teacher education field, focusing on such efforts in the state of Bihar, India. The college offers two major programs: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Both programs are for two years. Admissions to Bhagwati College of Education are granted on merit following state government and university policy.

B.Ed and D.El.Ed aspirants must complete a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university.  Most admissions are based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed program at Bhagwati College of Education is a two-year full-time course open for enrollment with an approved intake of 100 seats. Admission to the B.Ed course is based on merit, which considers marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination. Admission policies are set by the state government and the university to which the college is affiliated. All candidates holding a bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university are eligible to apply for B.Ed studies.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed is also a two-year full-time program with an intake capacity of 100 students. Similar to the B.Ed course, admission to D.El.Ed is through merit-based selection. The college will consider the marks in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination according to the state government policies. Those who have completed higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent from the recognized board are eligible to apply for the D.El.Ed course.
