Have a question related to Birbhum Vivekananda Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Sainthia ?

Hi,

Well I hope that you mean unqualified. In that case, if you have not qualified neet exam which is mandatory to take admission in any medical course then I don't think that you will be able to attend counseling for any medical or dental college in India. Same goes for homeopathic, ayurvedic, unani, veterinary and other medical courses as well.

I hope this helps.

All the best and take care.
