Infrastructure is not that developed. We have basic old developed infrastructure. Honestly speaking many of us would not be satisfied with what is the present condition here at BIT Sindri . There is a vast scope of development in the fields related to infrastructure.

Coming to the more important part , academics here as usual is not so good . The curriculum is old and not related to the practical topics in today's real world challenges . More priority is given to theoretical concepts rather than the practical concepts.

Placements are not that good . Especially this year due to covid , the placement have gone down drastically. However if one is studying hard for four years and grabbing all the concepts clearly, he can get a decent job . The placement package however is not that good .

If value for money is to be considered, then it is one of the best options . The academic fees over here is very low and on top of that we get some scholarship. And if we manage to get a decent placement, then it's highly valued.

Campus Life is very boring . We have high restrictions in the campus . And the worst thing is that these restrictions are not imposed by the college administration rather the college seniors have imposed such restrictions.

I would recommend every student to study hard during their JEE Mains and try to get something better than this . You will regret a lot after joining this college . There is no good. College life here , no good infrastructure not so qualified teachers as well as students also because they get extreme reservation here . My roommate is there he is studying with me . He had secured 10 percentile in JEE Mains yet he has got admitted to the same branch (Civil ) as of me. I had secured 89.5 percentile

College infrastructure is average. Every thing is there but aged. There are smart boards and electronics stuff but not maintained. Classroom desks and rooms are not clean well but labs are good and clean.

Academics is good. Teachers are nice and helpful to everyone. Clubs are good but it will make academics study inconsistent. I think study yourself will get you get good marks rather than academics teaching.

Placement in this college is good for core branch like mechanical, mining, electrical etc. branches otherwise for CS is not great. Mining engineering has the highest package in 2023 but only few of them get placed meanwhile mechanical branch have good number of people get placed with great salary.

Course cost is cheap.

College is good but there is urgent need to develop infrastructure, labs equipments,etc ARegular electricity demand should be immediately fulfilled which is also missing .overall there is immense need to develop each and every part of college because everything is quite old.

Academics is good but syllabus which is followed is quite old which must be updated . professors are quite good and energetic except some of them. Exams are also held in fair ways. level of exams should be little bit increased .

Placements are average. Since college is suituated at outskirts of main city due to which we have face some problems for transportation. Location factor has great impact on college placements, due to poor transport some good companies don't come.

Infrastructure is a bit lagging aspect of this college, like old buildings, unavailability of sports complex which is now being constructed. Lack of college wifi in the hostels. But new hostel are quite good

Most of the faculty members are outdated and lack innovative teaching skills, However, the course curriculum of this college is similar to the course curriculum of IITs. It's need some urgent work or change

B.I.T sindri is located at a distance of 25 kilometres from dhanbad city in a village called sindri so we have not enjoy so much in our campus life and in hostel there is no inverter facility is provided and also the quality of food provided in the message is also oily and cheaper however we pay an amount of four thousands

Life: The campus life of b i.t Sindri is not so good as it is located in a village called Sindri so there is no park or other thing for enjoying. However, we the friends have a lot of fun in the hostel we generally make noise and help each other in many scenarios, and also we read in group discussions. There are many clubs in the b.i.t sindri like hackathon and coding club, art club, sports club, and many more they always come up with new events

Year-by-year college cutoff is increased because of a high number of students get qualify for the jee mains exam. The rule of admission in Bit Sindri is online counseling which is conducted by the JCECEB of Ranchi

College was established in 1949, so of the buildings are old but infrastructure is not so bad. New hostels has been built and will start very soon. There are four students in a room of a hostel but it is quite spacious. Mess food is also good but it varies from hostel to hostel.

Quality of teaching is above par some professors are good. 75% attendance is mandatory in the college but it also depends on professor to professor. You can learn many other things apart from academics.

Placements are good in this college especially in the core branches. Average package is between 6 to 8 lpa. Average package is increased in core branches. Placement is most of the time are near between 90 to 100 percent.

The best thing about the college is that it is value for money.

Campus life is quite chill. There are many clubs and societies in which you can get inducted.

The college was established in 1949 so it has old infrastructure but has vast campus having good facilities and equipment. We have a big library a lacture hall and 10 departments. The college has more than 25 hostels.

Academics is quite good in B.Tech there we will get some practical knowledge apart from bookish knowledge. Almost the course in first year is same but from second year the specific course for which subject we have opted for engineering starts.

In Metallurgical engineering placements till now is more than ninety percent. There are big companies which recruit us. The package offered in this course is good and in this field we can opt for higher studies also.

Yes this college is value for money as its course is minimum as it is state government college. For one year the course fee is approx 30,000/- INR and talking about hostel for one year 12,000 is rental fee .

The campus is very vast but as it is in outskirt of city not much facilities provided outside like malls, and bigger restaurant. Inside the college we have two to three grounds, departments, cafeteria, Nescafe outlet, etc

The facilities and infrastructure available for our department include wi-fi in our labs and hostels. There are many labs with good equipment. And there is a central library on our campus. The facility of my hotel is very good, but the quality of the food is not very good.

Teachers are helpful and well-qualified, and teaching is good. Course subjects are relevant and make students ready for placements. Semesters are quite difficult, but one can pass easily by studying one week before exams. The pass percentage is 33%, including mid-semester, projects, and labs

In recent years, placement has been very due, and in the recession period, placement of core is about 100 percent. The average package is about 7 LPa, which is quite good and companies like Tata Steel, JSW, JSL, etc. come for on-campus placement. And internships are also good.

Good college. I spent my life very some amazing people.

Infrastructure is fine but not that much good.college have smart boards but there is no WiFi facilities by the college. College has a very big central library so the students can take benefit from there. All the laboratory present there is very well maintained.

Academics is fine ? all professors are well qualified . Professor take the class regularly on regular basis. Student can take advantage from their teaching and that can help them in their academics. College infrastructure is growing day by day and construction is already going on for the new hostel.

Placements are good and day by day number of companies are increasing so as the placement offers. As for now the placement is decent and average but it is expected to increase by the next coming years . Many companies like Tata ,Vedanta ,TCS ,LNT come here.

It costs about 1 lakh in academics, so college is worth money. If you want to live in hostel then you have to invest approximately around 380000 rupees in the whole 4 years of the BTech program. college is value for money absolutely.

College campus is lushy green andvvery big and well maintained but the college location is very far from Dhanbad city so that is the only main problem as sometimes you may have to visit Dhanbad due to unavailability of things in sindri.

Overall college is good and it is worth money.also as It is a government college so very less amount is required for the study . So my overall review is fine. Economically weaker sections can afford this college very easily.

Bit sindri, has old necessary facilities for phd students like libraries, libraries, computer, unable campus, and many more such facilities the university offers the campus of 400 acres of land area .

The academics of University for students is average but if one compare it with other universities and colleges specially other than IIT NIT, it is good and well known. The curriculum is also updated and aligned with research in the same field.

The placement cell of BIT SINDRI has a qualified staff which helps students to achieve higher placements especially in the field of mechanical engineering student go very good placements and offers from top automobile and mechanical companies.

Campus of BIT SINDRI is very large. Infrastructure of this good. Currently New hostels construction is going on, it will complete till 2024. Student who will get admission in 2024 will see lots of new things. Specifically New SAC ie. Student activity Center. Food quality is also fine here.

Academics is fine here. You can enjoy your engineering life here along with studies. Professors are very helpful in nature, always ready for your help. Labs are also good. Lots of extra courses you can do along with your academics.

Talking about placement of core, Excellent. Lots of MNCS come here. You can easily compare from NITs in terms of core placement. About IT placement is also 100% but average package is bit low than NITs.

Totally value for money college this is. Here in 2.5 lakhs including hostel and mess fees you can complete B.tech along with placement. If you are OBC, ST, SC candidate you will get E- Klyan scholarship every year. For girls academics fee is very less.

About Campus Life , lots of clubs are here. Like Arts Club ,Sports Club, Coding clubs ,many more. But fest are very less. You will get chance to visit other colleges for participation in sports , cultural and Hackathons.
