About NIAMT Ranchi
National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology (NIAMT) formerly known as the National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT), Ranchi, was founded in 1966 in coordination with UNDP-UNESCO. NIFFT Ranchi is a government institute.
NIFFT Ranchi is approved and recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). NIFFT Ranchi is an institute of Ranchi University, Ranchi, dedicated to providing high-quality education and infrastructure to its students and staff.
NIFFT Ranchi offers courses in the streams of Media, Mass Communication and Journalism, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and Engineering and Architecure. NIAMT Ranchi offers diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech and PhD courses for interested candidates.
Admission to the B.Tech courses at NIFFT Ranchi is based on the marks obtained in JEE Main exam. Students applying for M.Tech courses at NIFFT Ranchi must have a valid score in GATE. For PhD admissions at NIFFT Ranchi, students have to appear in an interview.

My college have necessary facilities like hostels separate for boys and girls,lecture halls digitilised ones with projectors having wifi facilities and all.food is okish in the hostels and single room is for second year and further.
NIAMT is decent for foundry and forge.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you.It is good for girls as well. The college has good placement records. Average Package offered is 4.50lakhs. you may have heard about the girl named Jaya Gupta, final year student of B.tech Metallurgical Engineering from nifft ranchi who has become national topper in metallurgy in gate exam. Faculty is very supportive and helping. It is one of the best option.
