Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has a pretty decent campus spread over a large green area. The classrooms are average not very fancy. New building are quite good in condition and the canteen serves decent food.

The Guru ghasidas offer varities of courses from engineering to management to arts and sciences. the academic structure are defined in well organised manner focuses on both theoretical and practical.

placements of our college is a bit average. For mainstream courses like B.Tech, MBA, and MCA, a few companies come for campus placement of hiring freshers students. And the placement cell is need to be more active.

The college infrastructure lacked in a few areas in my time. The washrooms were dirty, the WiFi was bad. Everything else was good, there were good libraries. We had just one old buliding for our course but as of now it has been upgraded and shifted to a new building.

The academics were top notch. My professors were the best that one could get. They were very knowledgeable and professional with great attitude towards teaching and learning. The quality of teaching was appropriate.

There was zero company for placements. We had no job opportunity after graduation but we were certainly offered to do masters program. College was very supportive for any opportunity that was outside their criteria. They helped find us those.

It's a good college and the environment is too good. It is located outside the main city so lesser noise and air pollution.

There were fests and other events organised regularly.

My college is extremely beautiful with great infrastructure and a big campus with greenery filled around. Our classrooms are well equipped with all the facilities. We have hostel and mess facilities also for both boys and girls.

The academics of my college is extremely good, and we follow the latest syllabus. The professors are also very engaging and interactive and always try to explain both the theoretical and practical as aspects of the subjects.

The placement cell of my college is good, and we have decent placement offers at the end of the years. Very renowned companies provide placement offers in our college. The average package range between 4-5 LPA.

It is definitely value for money university.

We have a great campus life over here.

Infrastructure is also improving; earlier, there were not proper individual buildings for each department, but now they are under construction. And the infrastructure will be good after one year. The first-year class will be held in old buildings and the second-year class will be in new buildings for all engineering departments. There is free Wi-Fi inside the library, in hostels and inside the departments; you have to register for that.

All the teachers are very helpful and qualified. Almost all the faculty members have done their Ph.Ds from well known IITs or NITs. In semester exams, questions are of GATE level in some subjects, and in some subjects, universities level questions are asked.

The Placement and Training cell has been indeed working hard for the last two years to improve the placement scenario at the university. Not only students are getting placed with notable PSUs and Government embodiments but also have got into reputed tech firms like Microsoft, American Express, etc.

All facilities were good. Our campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Laboratories were decent. Classrooms were spacious, well-ventilated, and bright. There was a decent library in this college. The library was air-conditioned, and several books were available. The food quality was average. Medical facilities were provided. Sports were good. Hostel was very good.

The instructors at Guru Ghasidas University are highly qualified, with a majority of them having obtained their degrees from either IITs or other reputable universities. These educators are known for their cooperative and supportive nature. In terms of examinations, the semester tests are not overly challenging, however, the passing grade is set at 50

The placement opportunities provided on campus are extremely limited and unsatisfactory. It is essential to put in significant effort and explore off-campus placements for better prospects. If you are considering on-campus placements, it is advisable not to pursue them as only a few companies, primarily in the field of computer science and information technology, visit for recruitment. Unfortunately, students from other branches will not have any job opportunities through the campus placement process.

Superb college.

The infrastructure and facilities are very good. Large classrooms with enough capacity. The large library contains various books, magazines and daily newspapers. Wi-Fi facilities are provided in the department and also in the library. The hostel also has a good and clean environment. Mess provides good and healthy food. The sports facility is also good.

The teachers are helpful, but the teaching style of some teachers is somehow not very good. The course curriculum is according to the NEP 2020, which makes the student industry ready. The semester exams have been moderately difficult, with a pass percentage of about 90%.

The GGU has strong network of recruiting companies in all the fields . The university organise a fest every year for students to seek internship and placements in various companies. Only a few students got placements..not so good placement of this college.

College with a good infrastructure and faculty bt placement is not so good

hello, my name is Piyush Maurya and I am pursuing an M.P.Ed from Guru Vishwa Vidyalaya, Bilaspur. marked with a very nice and open infrastructure it provides a very pleasant to the heart feeling. open grounds and greenery is so much here. it has a really good environment for the study.

Academics at this university are average. professors are good but it could be better. Practical knowledge is not that common here. they focus more on theoretical knowledge. though modern equipments are available to provide and clear concepts.

almost no placement is provided at this university. if you are coming to this university then you should be prepared to get a job on your own. you would have to put efforts from your side only. all the best.

It was not fully developed. But it's getting developed very quickly. The college is in 950 acars ther was so much place and ther was a hostel for every student and it was very good in infrastructure now it's being a big college in gifts

According to the academics it was good and all the facilities are very talented and very much friendly towards the students and they will help us in very project and all and academic standards are good.

According to the placements not good but it's ok more then 30°/° of the students are placing with the good salary and 25°/° are placing normally and this all placements are because of our HOD DEPARTMENT

Here there no value for money because it's totally a central government college and fee as to pay accordingly to the time otherwise the students will not recieve the hall ticket to give exam

It's an wonderfull college life.we can enjoy alot there due to they will conduct fests and all between every 3 months

The infrastructure in this college is really good with a campus buildings with good architecture , the big classrooms , labs with all the apparatus we need , libraries with all the reference books , and also there is enough place to do all sort of activities in this campus so it's a good thing

Academics of this college is great with the well qualified staffs to do the teaching and also the staffs are communicating with us very well , so the academic were easy for me , they are teaching very clearly with unique methods of teaching and it's very easy to understand it

Placements in this college is also a good thing about this college , you can get a lot of placement opportunities in this college and also they are.orividing placement guidance in this college which will be very helpful for the students.

Campus.life here is really good with a lot of place to explore and also it gives a fresh vibe and the hostle life is good too , the food and rooms are really good enough , you can a lot of friends in both hostle and college campus

The infrastructure of this college is good and it's maintaining a neat and cleans campus , having well furnished and big classrooms and well quipped labs , so the infrastructure is really good and its big enough

To talk about the academics , it was very easy for us , thir staffs are well skilled and very friendly to us and they also teach us very easily and it's easy to understand their teaching and also exam are easy to , as to tell about academics it's easy .

This college have some good placement opportunities , but they can do better than that like bringing reported companies to the campus interviews and also they can provide us seperate placement trainings ????, except that placement is really good in this college
