School of Planning and Architecture UG Admissions 2025

The university offers admissions to B.Arch and B.Plan at the undergraduate level. The duration of the SPA Delhi B.Plan course is 4 years while SPA Delhi B.Arch courses last for 5 years. The details of the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi UG eligibility criteria are given below.

SPA Delhi Admission Process for M.Arch/ M.Plan 

• Candidates must have the eligibility criteria prescribed by the SPA Delhi for M. Arch / M.Plan admission 

• Must appear for the GATE entrance exam. 

• Fill out the application form from the official website.

• Shortlisted candidates will be notified on the website of SPA and they must appear for the interview.

• Finally, a merit list will be prepared for SPA Delhi PG admissions based on performance in qualifying examinations and entrance exams, Portfolio of Work/ Thesis/ Project, Interview, Statement of Purpose (description of the interest and motivation for the chosen study) and Work experience, if any, after attaining the eligibility qualification.

• Candidates with their names on the merit list must report to SPA Delhi to confirm admissions. 

SPA Delhi M.Des Admission Process

• Candidates should fill out the application form for the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED).

• A merit list is prepared based on the score obtained in the Common Entrance Examination for Design. 

• Finally, a merit list will be prepared for SPA Delhi M.Des admissions based on performance in qualifying examinations and entrance exams, Portfolio of Work/ Thesis/ Project, Interview, Statement of Purpose (description of the interest and motivation for the chosen study) and Work experience, if any, after attaining the eligibility qualification.

• Candidates with their names on the merit list must report to SPA Delhi to confirm admissions.

• Admission to the PhD Programme by SPA Delhi is by calling an application based on eligibility and a valid score in GATE/UGC-NET/CEEP.

• Qualified candidates must then attend the personal interview. 

• Candidates are selected based on performance in the entrance examination and interview. 

• Accept the allotment order, submit the original documents to the verification centre, and pay the admission fee.
