Once you have registered on the official website of BITSAT for taking part in the counselling procedure, just sit back and keep yourself updated about anything new. You will be asked to fill up your preference and after that the seat allotment process will start. After 1st iteration, if you get a seat, you will have to pay the admission of only one semester. Moreover, throughout your degree, you will have to pay the fees of only one semester. Hey Utkarsh,the fee is around 1.76-2 lakhs per semester.And it would increase by 14% for every year.The fee is paid for each semester.Also you can get schlorship with your performance.For that you need to maintain cgpa minimum 9.(relative to batches it would differ also.)

In BITS Pilani, the admission process of the institute always ensured admission to all first rank holders in their respective board examinations. Like every year, in 2015 also the institute will give admission to first rank students, irrespective of their BITSAT 2015 marks. The only condition here is the candidate should have scored the minimum of 75% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB subjects with at least 60% in each of the PCM/PCB subjects in their Class 12th examination.

Additionally, the rank holder should be from science stream and should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 12th examination. The aggregate score should contain the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects, in addition to other subjects required for qualifying Class 12th examination.

No there is no direct admission in bits ; only some special ( like topper of state or students of bits school ) is possible to get .

You have to go through BITSAT entrance exam and with this 257 score ; it is not possible to get bits ( any of 3 campuses.).

So you should go with some other college .

As per guidelines of BITS,  after qualifying BITSAT,  your aggregate score in 12th in PCM or PCB should be 75% or above, then you are eligible for admission. 

Also, you need to have more than 60% in each subject PCM/PCB respectively.
