Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination and has obtained 45% (General Category) and 40% (Reserved Category) in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).

Lateral Entry:

Passed Diploma examination from an AICTE-approved institution, with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology.
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed XII standard with mathematics as a subject.
Provided that in case of students belonging to B.Sc. stream, shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year engineering program along with the second year subjects.
Provided further that, the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream.

Admission Details

JEE (Main) is conducted by CBSE at the national level and a student who has appeared in the exam and has secured positive marks can apply. A merit list will be published after the JCECE counseling.

College Infrastructure

In my college Cambridge institute of technology Ranchi the infrastructure of my college is very good . The facilities that is provided in my college is also very good and and it has library , sports centre and WiFi.

Cambridge Institute of Technology is very good collage.

Yes! College have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and well maintained equipment. Cambridge Institute of Technology have most of the smart class room well maintain lab with equipment's also.

It was a great experience in this college.

Yes , college has all necessary facilities that is mostly required. College has updated it's way of teaching by using smart boards and college also provides free WiFi for its students. College has also the good living space for those students who are residing in hostel.
