The college has a Library at CRI Kasauli, which is one of the oldest libraries in the country. It helps students, scientists, researchers, faculty, and more in the field of medical science. The library subscribes to around 10 newspapers, 6 popular magazines and over 13 journals in Medical science, Public Health, Vaccinology, etc. Besides that, there are various thesis and dissertations submitted by scholars.

CRI Kasauli facilities include laboratories which are equipped with technologies for hematological, biochemical, and microbiological tests. There are automatic machines in clinical labs, such as a fully automatic biochemical blood autoanalyser, an automatic blood cell counter,a  BOD incubator, etc. The clinical labs are mainly for CRI beneficiaries but it is also open to the general public with a small fee.
