CCSHAU Hisar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The campus has five hostels for the boys students. Each hostel has a separate carting service. The facilities common among all the hostels are availability of indoor games, recreational facilities, TV and many more.

Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University hostel facilities include 8 girls hostel. Out of 8 hostels, one hostel is dedicated to postgraduate married students. The girls hostels have mess, indoor games facilities, TV and various other recreational facilities.

A 50 beds hospital is located within the university campus. The hospital has 7 doctors which includes a dentist also.  Facilities i.e. ICU, ECG, dental X-Rays and lab tests are available in the Campus Hospital. Medical aid is offered to students, teaching and non teaching staff.

The university has a well maintained and modern gym for the students. The gym has the latest equipment and students can workout as per their convenience.

The Nehru Library of CCSHAU Hisar has 3.5 lakhs books of diverse subjects. Furthemore, it has 133 indian and foreign journals. There are 6 reading rooms which can accommodate around 650 people. For the convenience of the students and faculty members the university also has a digital library. The varsity library has subscription to e-resources i.e. indiastat.com, Britannica On-Line Academic Edition (BOLAE), three CD-ROM Databases viz. Biological Abstracts, CABI & AGRICOLA. 

CCSHAU Hisar has two indoor badminton courts with a seating capacity of 600 people, two squash courts, an athletic stadium with international standard synthetic track and a field. Furthemore, volleyball court, basketball court, football ground, cricket ground and kabaddi ground are also there for the students.

The university has modern equipment for its students. All the labs of the university have modern equipment and updated software.

The cafeteria of the varsity is one of the most popular places for students to hangout. The food and beverages provided by the cafeteria are hygienic and affordable.

Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University auditorium is used to conduct various academic and non academic events.

CCSHAU Hisar has an alumni association. The aim of the alumni association is to ensure the graduated students remain in touch with the university. For this, alumni meets are conducted every year.

The entire campus of the university has wifi connectivity. Students and faculty members can access the internet on the mobile phone at every corner of campus.
