The Centre for Management and Technology, Visakhapatnam, is an AICTE-approved autonomous institution. The 2-acre campus provides a harmonious learning atmosphere located right next to the International Cricket Stadium and Panorama Hills. Being mainly into management studies, Centre for Management and Technology admission has put in place a process intended to select bright candidates for its programmes. The academic year usually begins in July-August, and the admission process starts a few months prior. The candidates are required to appear for any one of the qualifying entrance examinations accepted by the institute.
For its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes, Centre for Management and Technology accepts the scores of many national-level management entrance examinations, namely MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT and ATMA. An approved intake of 60 students per annum is there for the program, and admission is based on any one of the national-level entrance exams (MAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA) score or on the CMT Admission Test score. For final selection, a group discussion and personal interview are thereafter conducted in which candidates are assessed holistically.
