36 MonthsDiploma in Civil Engineering is a three-year full-time course offered by The Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum educational qualifications for admission to these courses are as under: -
- For a three-year Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Production & Industrial Engineering and Arch. Assistantship Course.
- A candidate having passed 2 2-year of Junior Technical Certificate Course by the State Board of Technical Education, Punjab shall also be considered for admission on merit with matriculates.
Admission in second-year diploma courses under LEET (Lateral Entry Engineering Test) is reserved, which is over and above the sanctioned intake. The admission to these seats shall be done by PSBTE & IT. The number of seats and educational qualification shall be strictly as per the notification issued by the Punjab Government from time to time.
Note: - For admission to all the above courses, there is no age limit.
Admission Details
The Admission to various engineering courses shall be made through online counseling on the basis of merit 10th Examination.
