Eligibility Criteria

For admission to various B. Tech 1st Year Courses offered by this Institute, the Entry Qualification is:

Should be a pass in 10+2 examination from recognized board /University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects i.e. Chemistry/Computer Science/Bio-Technology/Biology.
Should have valid JEE (Mains). Admission is made as per merit of JEE (Mains)& 12th Marks and the norms and instructions issued by the Technical Education Department, Haryana from time to time.

For admission to various B.Tech. 2nd Year Courses (Lateral Entry) offered by this Institute, the Entry Qualification is:

Students should have passed a Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology of three years duration or more from the State Board of Technical Education, Haryana, or its equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Should have a valid LEET scorecard. Admission is made as per merit of LEET Rank and the norms and instructions issued by the Technical Education Department, Haryana from time to time.

Admission Details

Admissions shall be made strictly as per the instructions issued by the Directorate of Technical Education, Haryana. Admissions to the 75% seats (including 15% All India Category Seats) shall be made by the Haryana State Counseling Society through ONLINE counseling based on JEE (Mains) and 12th marks.

College Infrastructure

IGU has all the necessary equipments and facilities. Teachers are really nice and knowledge, most of the teachers have their Phds. Wifi works well and college is centralized ac. Classrooms are neat, clean and spacy.

On a way of becoming one of the best institutes.

College Infrastructure

Being a govt. university, the infrastructure is pretty nice, the campus is big but the facilities there are not much up to the standard. But the teachers make sure we get everything that we need so they never let us not get the exposure and try their best to do so. Living spaces are fine, they're clean mostly and the food is very hygenic, a 5 star rating on that!

College Infrastructure

The college has good wifi facilities with 100 mbps in labs. The library is pretty decent and the only reliable source of knowledge in the college. The sports complex is not good in the college but they are trying to develop it slowly.
