Delonix Society's Baramati College of Pharmacy in Pune, is very competitive and tiring admission processes for pharmacy course aspirants get a rigorous curriculum. The main entrance for admission to Baramati College of Pharmacy is through the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, which is a very important state-level test for pharmacy aspirants in the state of Maharashtra.
The admission cycle falls in the dates of MHT CET, which are usually held in April. The MHT CET for the PCB group for the next academic year is on 8 April 2025. The date should be kept in mind by the students, and accordingly, they must prepare themselves. The college offers two main courses: B.Pharma, a four-year course with 100 admissions every year, and D.Pharma, a two-year course with 60 seats per year.
The criterion for B.Pharma is 10+2 or its equivalent qualification with the group subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics. It is generally expected that the students must have an excellent academic record in the main subjects. For D.Pharma also, the qualification of 10+2 with relevant subjects would be compulsory, and eligibility details for the same may be found out from the college.
Application Process
The Baramati College of Pharmacy, Pune is under Delonix Society. The application process conducted by the institute is mainly based on MHT CET. The following is the step-by-step procedure for students who wish to apply:
1. The students need to get themselves registered at the official website for the MHT CET exam. The MHT CET exams are usually conducted in April; the next session is scheduled to be held on April 8, 2025, for the PCB group.
2. Prepare well for MHT CET with subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths.
3. Take the MHT CET test on the prescribed date
4. Once the test is done, when the MHT CET results come out, apply for Baramati College of Pharmacy

Degree wise Admission Process
B.Pharma: Baramati College of Pharmacy conducts the four-year graduate course in pharmacy with an intake of 100 students per annum. The program is available exclusively on merit scores obtained by students in MHT CET. This would provide complete know-how about pharmaceutical sciences, in turn helping these students get employment directly in the industries.
D.Pharma: The college offers the D.Pharma course for which 60 admissions are available every year. It is of two years' duration through which students get a basic education related to pharmaceutical sciences. D.Pharma admission is also supposed to be done based on MHT CET marks; confirmation from the college is awaited.
