24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Gauhati University, Guwahati.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate eligible for admission into the B.Ed program offered by Gauhati University should be required to possess a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate either in Graduation or Post-Graduation in any stream from Gauhati University or any other recognized university. There is a relaxation of 5% marks for the candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC and MOBC.
Admission Details
Admissions shall be made as per the prescribed Regulations of Gauhati University. The Common Entrance Test will be centrally conducted by Gauhati University. The students will be eligible to get admission in the TwoYearB.Ed course only when they get the requisite cut-off marks in the Common Entrance Test as per Gauhati University guidelines.
