hello aspirant
YES, with the above mentioned marks in NEET you have decent chances of getting Government medical colleges through NEET. Going by the previous years' NEET cutoff students should aim to score 550+ marks in the NEET examination to get seat in government medical colleges through state quota and for admission through the All India Quota, aim should be 600+ marks in the exam and to get a seat in top medical colleges of the country through AIQ.
As per the latest trends, the expected cut off marks for NEET 2022 is 50% marks for general category, 45% marks for PH candidates and 40% for candidates from reserved category. Last year the NEET qualifying marks for 2021 were more than or equal to 138-720 for general category and 108-137 for OBC/SC/ST categories.
Further, please note that the NEET Cutoff depends on various factors like : difficulty level of the paper, number of aspirants appearing for the examination, etc.

Hello aspirant
According to the previous year's cut off, a candidate belonging to the GENERAL category must score 510 marks to get a government BAMS college in Karnataka.
In other states too, the cut off for the general category ranged from 550- 577 marks. So, you have almost nil chances of getting a government BAMS college in Karnataka, or even in any other state.
Hope it helps!
