In Kerala State counseling private medical colleges cut off marks almost went upto 535+ marks so seeing your marks you have very good chances of getting admission in private medical colleges of Kerala.

Acording to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category requires around 580+ marks for government seat. So it can be difficult for you to get a government seat. However you can try in Private or Semi government college.
