To apply for B.Pharm you will have to buy prospectus with application at 500/- by sending cash or DD to the Principal, Elims college of Pharmacy, Thrissur. Fill the application form carefully and send it along with the certificates below to Principal, Elims College of Pharmacy, Villadam, Ramavarmapuram P.O, Thrissur – 680 631, Kerala, India
1) Certificate that proves your age
2) marklist of qualifying examination
3) TC and Conduct certificate
4) Migration certificate
5) if reservation applicable caste certificate (SC/ST /OBC candidates)
6) Income certificate
7) Medical fitness certificate
8) Photographs ( 5- passport size, 3-stamp size)

Hi,
You have not specified the college for which you seek admission for. However the admission procedure usually starts after the declaration of class 12 board exams results. Some universities also organise entrance exam for the same in the month of May.

For getting admission in b pharma course a candidate must have qualified his her class 12th with at least 50%(General) marks aggregate with the subjects
Physics, chemistry, mathematic/biology, from any verified school and board, if you are asking for any entrance exam then kindly first mention the name of that entrance exam.
