Gitanjali Teacher's Training College, Berhampore, it is a Co-educational institution to offer teacher education among students. College provides two regular courses: D. El. Ed. and B. Ed. Admission procedure Gitanjali Teachers' Training college follows the system of selection based purely on merit followed by the West Bengal government guidelines and the requirements of the Parent University.

B.Ed Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed program also has an intake of 50 seats. The admission process for B.Ed is more rigorous, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination (usually a bachelor's degree) and/or performance in an entrance examination. The selection process adheres to the policies set by the state government, UT administration, and the affiliated university. The total fee for the B.Ed program is Rs 140,000.
