In these three options I suggest you to go for CSE in GRIET. Even though CBIT and JNTU are top colleges, compromising branch for them are not worth it. If you are getting IT in these two colleges then you could go for it. Because, IT has better placements than EEE and ECE. CSE in GRIET too is very great. Many students from CSE get placements above 20 lakhs in this college. But, if you compromise your branch and go for ECE OR EEE in CBIT or JNTUH you wont have good placements that you get if you do CSE in GRIET.

Hope you are doing fine! As per your rank  it seems difficult for you to get a seat in GRIET. in previous year (2021) the final rank for bcb catagory was 47246 (mechanical engineering) in GRIET. Let me tell you that the cut off for the B.category as per the previous year trends for the ECE branch is around 22-24k so let me tell you that as per your percentile i don't think it is possible for you to get this branch as your rank obc category would be a bit low. There are other conditions that needs to be considered while deciding the cut offs like number of applicants appearing in the counselling, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.

But i would suggest you to not to rely only on jee mains but to give entrances like for SRM University, Manipal University, BITS Pilani, VIT Vellore.
