Hello,
you have to visit college and address your issue. they are the only person who can guide how to get duplicate copy or another original copy of your certificate.
You also have to go to the board or university under which your college is affiliated. Your all work process will be done there and you have to take document required attested from your college. So you have to go personally to the campus.
Hope it helps!
