B.Sc: Government College, Karauli offers two B.Sc programs-different subjects-relevant to biology and mathematics, with an intake capacity of 176 seats for both. The admission process is merit-based based on performance in eligibility examination 10+2 with the relevant subject combination.

B.Com: There are 100 seats for the Bachelor of Commerce program. Admission will be merit-based, taking into account the performance of the candidates in the qualifying examination.

MA: Political Science, History, and Geography are among the offered MA programs by the college. There are 60 seats each for Political Science and History and 20 seats for Geography. Admission for all MA programs is based on the merit of the candidate in the bachelor's degree.

M.Com: M.Com offers three different specializations in Economic Administration and Financial Management, Business Administration, and Accountancy and Business Statistics. All these specializations have 40 seats each, while admissions are granted on the merit base. 

M.Sc: The college has an M.Sc in Botany with 30 seats. The admission process is merit-based, which evaluates the performance of the candidate based on their Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject.
