R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai is situated among the most distinguished colleges of this kind in India, primarily reputed for commerce and business education. The college has an affiliation with the University of Mumbai and comprises various programs, including undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral. R.A. Degree-wise Admission Process

B.Com: The college offers B.Com specializations such as Accountancy, Management, Actuarial Studies, and Financial Markets admission based on the candidate's percentage in 12th standard examination. For B.Com Financial Markets, the intake is 60 seats.

B.Sc: B.Sc. Data Science and Analytics is a newly introduced program with 60 seats. Admission will be based on the 12th standard marks, especially in Mathematics and Statistics.

BBA & BMS: The college also offers BBA and BMS programs specialized into BBA in Shipping and Logistics Management.

M.Com: R.A. Podar College offers a variety of M.Com specializations such as Accountancy, Business Management, Behavioural Finance, Business Analytics, and International Business. The intake capacity for M.Com Behavioural Finance and Business Analytics programs is 60 each. Admissions are mostly granted based on the bachelor's degree results with a possibility of an entrance test or interview.

Ph.D.: The college offers courses at the doctoral level for banking and finance and accountancy, commerce, and other areas of commerce. To apply for the Ph.D. program, the candidates are required to pass the PET (Ph.D. Entrance Test) conducted by the college, followed by an interview.
