Most of the government colleges nowadays, have a compulsory bond agreement for the medical students to compulsory serve their initial practice years in the rural areas. Some of the colleges however don't have any such bond such as- Delhi University, BHU, AMU, JIPMER, AIIMS.

With the marks of 491 in NEET and also belonging to the OBC category, the chances of getting a seat in government medical colleges might be low.
