The fee structure of pharm. D. Colleges varies with their own circulation;
The fee structure is approximately around 80000 - 1.5 lakh per annum.

It's highly impossible to say which course is better between pharmD or physiotherapy, because it depends on your interest and how an individual study the particular course.
Every course is designed to meet certain needs of society, so it's better to know in which field you have interest and keep going in that way!
pharmD is a course about learning the different manufacturing process about drugs ,use of medications, safe dispensing of medications,handling medication Errors, detecting adverse drug reaction, optimizing the drug therapy, improving the patient compliance and patient counselling .
Physiotherapy is all about treatment through physical methods be it massage, heat treatment, or exercise rather than by drugs or surgery,
So my humble suggestion is that we can't judge a course as good or bad, it depends on us how we show interest in that course and take it to next level , and achieve best or worst results.

Keeping the prefix doctor is specific to the university which is offering the pharmD course.
Some universities give the prefix " Dr" to their students and some won't,
In US it applicable to keep the prefix " Dr" but in India some may not follow it.
First of all get some clarity about in which college or university you are seeking admission and then
It's better when you approach someone who have completed the pharmD in that college and check if they get that prefix in their certificate.
If not you can approach the specified affiliated universities of a particular state for help.

Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which it cannot be predicted for sure. No course is good and no course is bad.Its totally depends on your interest in which field you want to go.But along with you interest your grades and percentiles also matters in every field where you want to go. If talk about pharmacy course.It is very good course for a biology student after 12th. But for the admission in pharmacy, most colleges requires more percentage along with the fees.You should contact in different colleges for applying for admission in pharmacy course.
