Placement wise IGIT Sarang will provide on campus placements. GCE Kenojhar has no good student coordination for campus drives, So you have to try off campus (More competitive than on campus). But GCEs will be cheaper in terms of course fees and living costs

Infrastructure wise, IGIT is far better than others .

To be honest a rank that is above 1,00,000 in KCET exam can be treated as a low score .

Government college Haveri last year cut-off for Civil engineering is 83k. So you have a high chance of getting this college. If you don't get in 1st round try for next rounds you will get this college.

With this low rank you may not get the branch you want but there are some colleges which accepts the rank above 1lakh so you can try for that colleges. If you got some reservation you may also get some better college than the below mentioned.

Unfortunately we cannot guide you with accurate prediction of your admission chances in any college of UPSEE because this is very first time when UPSEE/UPTU colleges are going to take admissions for their B.Tech course on the basis of JEE-Main scores so due to absence of any past record or previous year data we cannot analyze your admission chances but on such rank, seeing the rise in competition for government engineering colleges if you belongs to OBC category then also on such OBC rank it would be bit difficult to get any of the good government engineering college.
