It is mostly not possible that you will get a seat in Civil Engineering at GEC Raipur or Bilaspur with a CGPET score of 80 and a rank of 1038 , especially in the OBC category.
While your score is above the passing marks (around 10% of the total) the competition for these popular branches in these specific colleges is high .
Consider exploring other colleges or branches within the CG PET system that might be a better fit for your score and rank . You should also investigate other options, such as participating in further counseling rounds and exploring alternative branches within GEC Raipur and Bilaspur .
