Government Medical College, Dungarpur (GMC Dungarpur), one of the new medical institutions, with the mandate of providing high-class medical education. The college establishes strict methods of admitting only deserving candidates into its medical education programs. GMC Dungarpur recognizes the National Medical Commission (NMC) and hence ensures that clinical training adheres to state prescriptions. Degree wise Admission Process

MBBS: The Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery program is a six-year course, of which one year is a compulsory internship. It started in 2018. Selection of candidates is purely on the basis of merit in the NEET-UG exam. The college has an annual intake of 150 candidates to this program. Eligible candidates have to participate in the centralized counseling process once they have qualified for NEET-UG.

MD Pharmacology: MD in Pharmacology is offered at the postgraduate level from GMC Dungarpur. The admission to this program will be through the NEET-PG. The college has two MD Pharmacology seats for intake. Eligible candidates must have completed an MBBS from a recognized institution and qualified for the NEET-PG exam.
