Indiradevi College of Education, Koyyalagudem, is a co-educational institution for teacher education. With recognition from the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college offers mainly two programs: Bachelors of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Education (D.Ed.). Admission to Indiradevi College of Education has to be based on selecting deserving candidates willing to become competent educators. Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed: The B. Ed. Program at Indiradevi College of Education proposes to train students into secondary and higher secondary educators over a two-year full-time course. The B. Ed. admission of this college considers the marks obtained in qualitative examination and/or results of entrance examination. It has a complete approved intake of 100 seats for this course. Candidates eligible for admission have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent from any recognized university.

D.Ed.: The D.Ed. Program is a full-time teacher training course of two years for the production of primary level school teachers. The college has 50 seats for this program. Other than this, hardly anything is known about D.Ed. admission procedures. However, the D.Ed. admission process may roughly be presumed to be similar to that of B.Ed. Generally, candidates with a senior secondary schooling background (10+2) may apply for the D.Ed. Program.
