It's good to see that you have a good thinking about the college you have to choose. But there is a least possibilities of getting good colleges in second counselling. If you want, you can choose in second counselling.

Sorry to say you but any engineering colleges cannot assure you that you will get a job definitely. I means that the whole process are done through the placement only. And if you have the married and if you can perform better in front of of recruiters in placement program usually can get a job. But I can assure you that as per the previous year data the the placement rate is about 82% which is quite high. So try from now and be prepare
