Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Applied Nutrition, Ranchi (IHM Ranchi) is one of the several leading institutes of India. 2. Fill out the application form: All personal and academic details are to be filled out correctly in the NCHM JEE application form.

3. Attach necessary documents: This may essentially be a photograph of size similar to the recent passport size photo, scanned copy of the signature, etc, and as mandated in application guidelines.

4. Pay for NCHM JEE: Apply for making payments for application fees of NCHM JEE as mandated via online.

5. NCHM JEE Reporting: The applicant shall present himself/herself at a specific center allotted by the university, as per date scheduled to undergo Computer Based Test.

6. Result Analysis: After declaring the results for NCHM JEE, analyze your results and rank yourself.

7. Counseling Process: Being qualified, undertake the centralized counselling process for a seat in some of the prestigious IHMs like IHM Ranchi.

8. Document verification: If allotted a seat at IHM Ranchi, report to the institute for document verification and admission formalities.

9. Fee payment: Pay the fees required for admission and submit all the original documents required.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration: The flagship program under IHM Ranchi. This course is to be taken into consideration on the basis of a candidate's performance in the NCHM JEE. It prepares students with hotel management, catering technology, and applied nutrition, and places them for diverse employment opportunities within the hospitality industry. Total intake for students for the institute is 31, and admission to the institute is strictly selective.

Diploma in Front Office: IHM Ranchi offers a Diploma in Front Office, which has approved intake capacity of 40 students. Admission procedure is not mentioned, but it is likely that the admission process would be unique and based upon academic achievements in 10+2 or based on some other criteria of Hospitality relevance.

Diploma in House Keeping: Similar to the Front Office diploma, IHM Ranchi offers a Diploma in House Keeping with sanctioned strength 40. Admission for this would, largely, follow the same pattern applied for the Front Office diploma, which includes relevant skills and adequate academic background for the hospitality industry.
