ISS College of Teacher Education, Perinthalmanna is the very cradle of teacher architects. It has the status of being recognized by the NCTE and offers a full-fledged Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program. The ISS college is looking forward to merit-based admission among deserving candidates, following prescribed regulations of the State Government, Union Territory administration, and affiliated universities.  The college conducts an organized admission schedule in line with the academic cycle of Kerala, where very little variation can occur each year. B.Ed.: The ISS College of Teacher Education's Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) course is a full-time course of two years for teacher preparation. Admission is via merit as determined by performance in the qualifying examination or the entrance examination, when applicable. The intake approved for the B.Ed. program in the college is 50 students each academic year.
