To get seat in top institute you need to secure a decent rank. With 96500 rank you do not have chances of getting seat in top institutes under EWS category. You need to secure a rank under 15000 to have decent chances of getting seat in top institute. Considering the cut off in 2019 you have chances of getting seat in the following institutes

In BTech in CSE or IT college syllabus contains C or C++ as your main language and they will teach you C or C++ language in First year.

And rest the languages you mentioned(JAVA, Python, HTML, Ruby etc. )are in Audit subjects,

JNTUACEP Pulivendula Engineering college provide various undergraduate B. tech  programme Such as Chemical  engineering , Civil engineering , Electrical and electronic engineering , Computer Science engineering , Machenical engineering and Electronic and Communication engineering

According to previous year cutoff -2020 the last cutoff for CSE branch on this rank and Category goes around 6421. So according to your rank it may be possible that you will get .

Nope! JNTU PULIVENDULA don't have AI courses both in the UG and PG courses. IN JNTU KALKIRI also there are no such courses available in AI both in UG and PG category. So you have to choose any other college in order to go for AI.

Both JNTU pulivendala and JNTU Anantapur are similar colleges with a lower feel structure where JNTU pulivendala charges 58.76K per annum and JNTU Anantapur charges 40K. Both colleges have a better placement but comparatively JNTU Anantapur has better placements than JNTU Pulivendala. JNTU Anantapur is older than JNTU Pulevendala, this is the reason behind JNTU Anantapur having more number of courses, faculty, area, and students intake. JNTU Anantapur is non wifi campus but JNTU pulivendala is a wifi campus.

I think it would be better to pot for CSE in JNTU PULIVENDULA.Placements are average above 70% but it is better than the other college you mentioned plus the faculty members in this college is too good and experienced.Infrastructure is quite good with a better environment to study and the lab facilities are good and of modern quality.So it will impart a quality education.

Placements differ year to year but of course it would be better than the other college.
