Hello. As per my research, civil branch is much better at jntu pulivendula. It has  recorded the highest salary package of 7 lpa.

It has browsed all the internship opportunities along with placement ones. Jobs in hand and excels in acquiring practical knowledge.

In terms of ranking jntu Ananthapur is better than jntu pulivendula . Jntu Ananthapur has one of the best teaching faculty . Placements are also good in jntu Ananthapur.

Jntu pulivendula is also a good college. It has a good hostel , infrastructure.

So in terms of Ranking ,you can opt jntu Ananthapur over jntu pulivendula.

Jntu Anandpur and jntu Pulivendula both are good government colleges owing to their infrastructure, academics, placements , and campus life.

Talking about their rating , Anantpur college has a rating of AAA+ while Pulivendula college has a rating of AAA. Also, Pulivendula college is established recently in 2006 while the Anantpur college is established in 1946 which makes in more convenient for students to opt for it.

Now, the main decision is which branch you must take admission to. If you have interests in chemical technology, lab handling, design and manufacture things using different chemicals, fuels, drugs,etc. Then you must opt for chemical engineering .

But, if you have interests in designing machines, such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, and steam and gas turbines, as well as power-using machines, such as refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, then you must opt fir mechanical engineering.

I think you are saying your estimated rank in the in apeamcet and with that rank I do not think you will get in a good reputed  college in andhra pradesh. But please do not loose hopes  I think if you only want the reputed colleges you can go through the management quota and if you want any college to complete a degree you'll get many Eamcet colleges. You have an integrated rank below 1000 to get a better college without paying single rupee. You must get a single digit rank in ECET in Ur branch then you will easily entered into JNTUH. Jntuh  only 10 seats in each branch. Hope this helps.
