AS according to your ranf and assuming you are from genral category it wiol be very tough to get in any goverment colleges but you can get in any private colleges,

If you belong to SC/ST/OBC/EWS category you can avail the benefits of fee reimbursement.Candidates belonging to SC/ST category with annual income less that two lakhs will be given full fee reimbursement.Candidates belonging to OBC category whose parent's annual income is less that one lakh.And if you fall under EWS category you will be given partial fee reimbursement.

Also candidates who secured a rank below 10,000 irrespective of their category will get full fee reimbursement.Other than these there are no other means for free education.
