Kartar Memorial College of Education, Hisar was established in the year 2007 as a co-educational college of education. It is located at Bass Badshahpur, 10 km off NH-10 in Hisar, Haryana. The affiliated college has been granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education. This college, situated on a small campus of 0.875 acres, total enrolment of 247 total students. The institution has a faculty of 12 members to ensure that there is an appropriately good student-to-teacher ratio for the provision of personal attention and imparting of quality education.

Transportation facilities to the college from various nearby villages ensure that transportation for those coming to learn is easy and safe. The infrastructure is enabled with well-equipped science, social studies, and teaching aid laboratories for students to have practical experience in their stream.
