Kartar Memorial College of Education, Hisar was established in the year 2007 as a co-educational college of education. It is located at Bass Badshahpur, 10 km off NH-10 in Hisar, Haryana. The affiliated college has been granted recognition by the National Council for Teacher Education. This college, situated on a small campus of 0.875 acres, total enrolment of 247 total students. The institution has a faculty of 12 members to ensure that there is an appropriately good student-to-teacher ratio for the provision of personal attention and imparting of quality education.

The institution has a well-maintained, adequately ventilated air-conditioned library that separately provides stock, reading, current periodical, and reference sections. Sports facilities provide playing for cricket, football, badminton, softball, and other sports, hence propagating physical fitness and team spirit. Yearly annual sports events are there to generate a competitive yet friendly atmosphere among the students. Transportation facilities to the college from various nearby villages ensure that transportation for those coming to learn is easy and safe. The infrastructure is enabled with well-equipped science, social studies, and teaching aid laboratories for students to have practical experience in their stream.

Courses Offered Kartar Memorial College of Education runs two full-time courses viz. Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Education, each of two years duration. The intake capacity approved by the competent authority for B.Ed. is 100 and for D.Ed., it is 50.         

The admission process is strictly based on merit, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
