No, be it kasturba medical college (manipal) or any other medical college be it private or government, neet is the only entrance exam.

This is because, neet examination has been mandatory to be qualified if one wants to get into a medical college and from this year, and now it has become the only gateway to all the medical colleges after AIIMS and jipmer UG entrance examination got scrapped off this year

KMC Manipal is private college, it does not participate in All India Counselling. However, Karnataka being an open state, you can participate in its state counselling.
Closing rank i.e. cutoff for Kasturba Medical College, Karnataka for MBBS course for different categories under state Quota was:

KMC Manipal is a Private Medical College and like all Private Medical Colleges, KMC also has 3 types of seats. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. admission to KMC can de done through counselling process. you have to go through counselling process. There is no date to apply as there is no admission process. You can apply for management quota if you have not appeared exam which KMC accepts. Admission to higher education college like engineering, medical  after intermediate is done on the basis of score and rank and through a counselling process.

The cut-off for the year 2019 for General category is as follows:

The cut-off score was between 701-134

The Revised qualifying criteria was 44th

The total fee is for the course is around 66L.

If you have domicile of Karnataka state , fees for government quota is around 77,000  per annum.

If through NEET from non Karnataka state candidate and having all India rank is more than 1000, it will be above 10,00,000 per annum. It's free for AIR from 1-1000.
