Good faculty and good for all engineering streams. And good environment and eco friendly environment. And having good labs and get good practical knowledge of various technical things and having best apple computer labs
Good faculty is there courses are also soo good and the syallbus structure is also good as compared to the other college you will get the non technical support of faculty as they provide non technical courses
Placements are not that much if we talk about placements then you will get the placements in cse and it departments and if we talk about other branches its dead and packages are low and mechanical and civil branches aree having less placements
Yes the knowledge you will get is value for money as practical knowledge which they will provide you is good
Good college
The college Infrastructure is quite Impressive with all the basic needs are provided. College Library are large and looks goods. Environment of College Libraries are Maintained very well. Classrooms and Labs are well Maintained, with labs cleanliness updated frequently. College campus also having Big Playground where student can play various games like cricket, kabaddi, etc.
Faculty teaching quality is good with well professional experienced teachers. College provide whole year curriculum calendar. College staff takes various activities while teaching like group discussion to maintain practical teaching in classroom.
Placement of college is well but Now a days because of Covid 19 Recession occurs and less students are get placed. But still CS and IT Department having above average placement ratio. College mostly depends on mass Hiring Companies.
According to me College provides value for money including all fees.
College Life in College is Memorable because of college takes various events and extra curriculum activities.
My Overall Experience in this College is Nice.
The college infrastructure is quite impressive with all the basic amenities are provided here. Various new infrastructure are in developing stage. Classrooms, Library, sports grounds etc were provided within the campus. So, overall good infrastructure was good.
Academics of this college is one of best the region. Whether it is the curriculum or the faculty, the college has created a new standard. The curriculum is also relevant to the industry specific jobs. So, overall academics is very good.
The placement of this college was decent. Most of CS & IT domains jobs were available in the college. For other domains jobs were a little bit less. Overall placements is good but there is room for improvement.
Classrooms and Labs are well maintained, with labs being updated frequently to the latest standards of industry. Workshop is one of the best equipped in the south Maharashtra. Library is where you'll spend your most time, especially during exams, as it is fitted with centralised AC; college's library has won several prices. Sports facility is okay(ish) but Gym is above average standards. WiFi facility is probably the best, it covers the entire campus, with unlimited data usages per students.
First, the syllabus of all programs is latest and updated frequently, as per guidelines suggested by lots of organizations (in Comp and IT at-least). Exam pattern is very rigorous with 1 written exam per month (in form of unit tests) and 1 assignment/ MCQ based In-sem exam per month, you'll end up attending 5 written exams in one semester. All that happens so quickly that if you pay attention in class then you'll pass easily; and you'll be left with much time for extracurricular activities.
Placement is okay(ish) actually, as anybody who is attentive in college, and seeks job after college will easily get it. BUT packages are relatively low (in the beginning), especially for core branches; but one can always work after joining and get a raise. And in the era of recession and no jobs at all, having a guaranteed job with average package is better than having nothing at all. Average package is around 3.5 LPA, with highest being above 12 LPA, with some being around 18 LPA as well.
Tuition fees of college are relatively high compared with other private and public colleges, but its okay as college's 'elite' persona in the Sangli-Karad-Kolhapur region ends up justifying it. BUT cost of living is very low, as its in a rural region the cost of residency is reasonably low. At the end you'll end up spending little money compared with other college's in city. As there is almost nothing to do (xD) in the town, you'll end up studying on the weekends and will save money in the end.
I'll describe the crux of the campus life in two points, 1) Student Clubs - there are lots of clubs fitting for everyone's interests, in fact it is mandatory for all students to join at-least one club in the first year, and if you don't like any club, you can start your own club with little to no hassle. 2) Projects - projects will definitely help you for placements. In Drama/ Music, RIT's Drama club has an array of notable alumni working in the entertainment industries.
