The first one is through the national-level entrance test known as UCEED or the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design. • Shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend the creative situation test, personal interview, and portfolio presentation process.

KSD Ahmedabad Application Process For M.Des

• Visit the official KSD website and fill out the online application form for your desired M.Des specialisation.
• Pay the application fee as indicated on the website.
• Submit the completed application form with all necessary documents.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for the creative situation test, personal interview, and portfolio assessment.

Selection procedures will be based upon the candidates' performance in the creative situation test, personal interview, and portfolio review. For the B.Des UCEED pathway candidates, the UCEED score will also apply. The institute seeks candidates who show ingenuity, an analytical approach, and a strong passion for design.

KSD Ahmedabad B.Des Admission Process

KSD offers six B.Des specialisations: B.Des Fashion and Costume Design, B.Des Lifestyle Accessory Design, B.Des Textile Design, B.Des Visual Communication, B.Des Interior and Furniture Design, and B.Des Industrial Product Design. All B.Des courses are admitted based on scores from the UCEED or based on KSD's own creative situation test, personal interview, and portfolio evaluation. The courses span four years and offer complete education in the chosen field of design.

KSD Ahmedabad M.Des Admission Process

Three M.Des specialisations will be provided in the institute: M.Des Interior and Spatial Design, M.Des User Experience Design, and Fashion and Styling. Admission to these two-year postgraduate programmes will be based on the creative situation test, personal interview, and portfolio evaluation by KSD. Such programmes are tailored to those candidates desirous to sharpen their design skills in a more advanced and specialised manner.
