Equipped library is highly important as it acts as information centre where the students get necessary medical literature and research. Labs in the college are designed to suffice the needs of the paramedical college and include the practical training centre. For the students with disability, KVM Institute of Paramedical Sciences offers both boys and girls hostels in order to ensure that the students get the best place to live in. There is also an audition room for event and seminars purposes which makes the campus an active academic place. Besides other facilities, it owns a health centre with first aid facilities for students and priorities student health. They noted that the IT infrastructure helps learning policies of modern types and gets students ready for practising in the technically advanced sphere of the healthcare.
The guidelines followed when admitting students at KVM Institute of Paramedical Sciences is also designed in a way that ensures that all students admitted are as diverse as possible. For the B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology allotted by the Government of Kerala through the LBS(Lal Bahadur Shastri ) 50% of seat. The remaining fifty percent is for management quota and 15 percent for the NRI management quota category.
