so as you may already know, Lady Shri Ram College cut offs are really high and and there a lot of competition for just a few seats in every branch.

To answer your question, your admission with 90% marks will depend on the branch you choose and the category you belong to.

A general category student cannot get into any branch at Lady Shri Ram with 90% marks.

According to this year's, 2020, cut off list (5th) the only branches you can get with 90% in reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC) are:

- B.Sc. in Mathematics

- B.A Hindi

- B.A Sanskrit

only these branches had cut off marks below 90% for reserved categories at least.

Unfortunately, no. You can not select two language subjects to be counted in your best of four to get into LSR or any other reputed college of Delhi University. You will have to change your choice of subjects that you want to be counted for your best of four, and the requirements will follow accordingly.

Dear candidate, The colleges in DU give the cut off criteria as per the best 4 subjects marks attained by the student in class 12th boards. So it's not compulsory for you to have studied sociology in 12th. For degrees in sanskrit, there is a compulsion to have studied sanskrit in class 10th. Therefore the best of 4 marks gained in 12th boards forms the basis of cut off.

Congratulations on opting for Lady Shri Ram College.

As for you applying with these four subjects is not an obstacle but I am afraid that geography might not be one of subjects they offer. You will also have to take up honors in one of the many options available like English, History etc. The college admission although, depends on the marks or the percentage you got and if you are eligible for the Seat according to the cut off.

You don't have to write the entrance exam to get into B.A Hons. Psychology or B.A psychology courses at DU's Gargi college, since admission to these undergraduate courses is only merit based. Merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects. For the B.A (Hons.) course, you'll need a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in your qualifying exam (10+2) while 40% marks is needed for B.A in psychology course. You'll have to register on DU's UG admission portal, upload necessary documents and pay the registration fees. Your admission will ultimately depend on DU's merit list cutoff.

Yes. DU conducts entrance examination. This year DUET is conducted from  6th of September 2020 to 11th September 2020 in CBT mode. The results will be out on 30th of September 2020. Admissions will be based on merits of the candidate qualified in examination + the entrance exam score.

As per your percentage and previous year cutoff, you have less chances of getting Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi.

B.Com. (Hons.) last year round 1 cutoff is 98 and closing cutoff is 97.5 So, there are chances that you will get Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi if cutoff decreases this year.

Also, cutoff change every year depending upon the result of 12th standard.
