This LL.B 3 Year Program can be studied in a variety of format: in the usual three year, full time law degree.
This level of flexibility present in the LL.B attracts many aspiring students, especially those who desire a change in career. Regarding the content of the Three Year LL.B Program. It includes contract law, criminal law, constitutional & administrative law, taxation law, land law and equity & trusts.
It is the traditional LL.B course which encompasses the foundations of legal knowledge. These are the essential components that satisfy the Bar Council and Law Society professional requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Seeking admission to a 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into a 3-year law course,
- The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
- The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
