LL.M is a traditional post graduate program in law, being offered by various universities around the globe. Basically it is a research based course which extensively covers the vast field of law. Under this two year program the student make an attempt to develop a critical approach in studying law.
Constitutional Law-Constitutional law deals with the fundamental philosophy of the basic structure of any nation. This branch focuses on the theoretical and practical aspect of Constitutional law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a three-year LLB degree or a three-year integrated LLB degree if equivalent LLB degree from a recognized University
- Candidates must have obtained at least 55% marks in aggregate of the qualifying degree examination
- For candidates in the SC/ST category, a relaxation of 5% marks is provided i.e. they need to have 50% marks in the qualifying LLB degree exam.
