I think this time the marks of students are less. So cut off may get down. So don't worry you will get a good college.
If you are in open don't think of coep,walchan and all other government colleges. If you are in NT/SC /ST you may think of government college of karad. This college is also good.
As I M considering you as open, you may get admission in sihagad easily.
If you want MITCOE(IT, CS, ENTC ) you have to wait for 2nd and 3rd round.
So if you have patience to wait You can easily get a good college

It actually varies every year and also depends upon the brands that you are opting for.
For open category minimum requirement would be 115 but ,it would be better if you can score more than 140 to get chemical engineering for sure.
