The entire selection system agreed with the policies of the state government as well as the UT Administration and the affiliated university. This program is aimed at equipping would-be teachers with higher-order pedagogical competencies.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The programme D.El.Ed also has an approved intake of 100 seats. Like the B.Ed programme, merit is used to assign admissions to D.El.Ed. This is calculated using the marks acquired in the qualifying examination and/or performance in an entrance examination. The admission process follows the guidelines set by the state government or UT Administration. This program specializes in preparing professionals for elementary education.
