As per their website it is mention there that MIT requires an official transcript sent by a school counselor or representative. This applies for high school and college transcripts. If your school does not have a school counselor, your transcript may be submitted by your registrar's office, principal/headmaster, or other official entity. For the admission in this University you need to write this test called the SAT. The test is for 1600 marks. You can write the SAT any times you want. There is no limitation.

According to the course section of the official website of Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai, there are no mentions of any MBA courses.

So MIT doesn't offer MBA course. You can check it up by yourself.

Madras Institute of Technology is affiliated to Anna University, so MIT comes under the purview of admission criteria of Anna University. Admissions are strictly done by TNEA, 12th class merit basis for UG programs. But for PG programs, TANCET entrance test is conducted. Even, jee mains is not accepted here. TNEA ( for non tamilnadu students) also releases the merit cutoff list for admission in various affiliated universities.

First of all you need to give sat which of 1600 marks and you need to score atleast above 1500 as to get mit usa you need to have an Excellent sat score. Some of the colleges including mit usa takes written subjects written exams specifically. You need to clear that too.

You also need to have good academics and extra curricular activities.

MIT WPU is much better than MIT AOE for Undergraduate Courses, when compared on basis of Infrastructure, faculty or employer outlook. Being located near IT, Finance, Industrial and Technology hubs of Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and nearby Mumbai. MIT AOE is a much newer university and  lacks experience and expertise in education.

110+ is minimum cut off for general candidate . And best branch you have to score at least 150 marks .

Till now all the colleges are continuing with their application procedure and till now no college has confirmed the counselling dates.

But in general iit nit admission counselling month will be somewhat in July and mit ,vit can be in may .

MIT Academy is a good college with decent placements and also they provides good placements of around 85%.Renowned companies like TCS,Wipro,cognizant comes for placements.The highest salary package offered was reached to 20 LPA and the average package being 5-6 Lakhs.Infrastructure of the college is good with modernised labs and classrooms.Faculty members are quite good and they are much helpful.
