Being situated at the north in the beautiful place of Jammu and Kashmir, the campus had a marvelous infrastructure with all the amenities taken care of for the students ranging from basics as parking to digitalised as wifi.
The academic offered in the college ranges from below average to average. The faculty is fine, the curriculum is tough as it should be for an engineering person but the knowledge imparted could be improved.
The placement scenario is not very well developed still in the campus as the companies don't often visit it. The package ranges in the below average range and is secured by 80% students. Overall placement is good.
The buildings of college are pictorial. The college has all the basic requirements from internet facilities to clean and hygienic classrooms, and most of the classrooms are equipped with smart boards and projectors. Since, its trust-owned college, it always tries to improve its shortcomings.
Im pursuing BE in CSE, and the quality of teaching and its staffs are quite good. They are always there to help and guide you. The curriculum is updated as far as i know. Also, internships are there to know about the practicality of job outside campus.
Placement is average as, the percentage of students getting placed during pre-COVID time was more than what it is now. Hopefully, the college will work on that soon. The T&P cell is always there to help students with recruitment drives.
The college fees which I'm paying is 65K per year, which i think is very affordable hence, it is worth it if you compare with other private colleges here. Since, its a trust-owned college and the money invest here will be used for a good cause.
The campus is pretty good, its an environment friendly campus. The teachers are supportive and are there to nurture us. Students are very enthusiastic are try to enroll and engage themselves in activities like fests or events organised by college. The location is best, and can handle every type of emergency.
The college is still working on it's overall development, which is very Good.
