Candidates who have completed their GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) are eligible to apply. In some cases, performance in the GNM program may also factor into the final decisions. M.Sc Nursing: For this degree course, the college has reserved 30 seats, with five specialities available in M.Sc Nursing, namely: Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing. Each specialization has 6 seats. Admission is primarily based on the merit attained in the B.Sc Nursing course and may also involve an entrance test or interview. The amount of total fee for the M.Sc Nursing is Rs. 182,000.

Ph.D Nursing: The college also offers an advanced research program in Nursing, namely, the Ph.D. Consequently, admission may have a much stricter selection process for this advanced research program, which may include an interview and assessment of the candidate's research proposal.
