Mahathi College of Pharmacy offers M.Pharma with specialisations in Pharmaceutical Drug Regulatory Affairs, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutics, and Pharmacology. Each specialisation has an approved intake of 19 seats, and admission will be based on AP PGECET rank. Candidates having a B.Pharma degree can apply for these two years of postgraduate programmes.
Mahathi College of Pharmacy admission to Pharm.D. is based on AP EAMCET ranks in the same way as for B.Pharma. The number of seats approved for this programme is 33. It is a six-year doctoral programme providing advanced training in pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy.
